Happy Monday! So many of us discard Monday, normally this is based on what others say about Monday’s and what we have heard socially “I hate Monday’s” or “I am so tired on Monday’s”.
What we have to remember everyday needs to be utilised so that we are moving forward in the direction of what we truly want to achieve. Monday should not be used as ‘our getting back into it’ day, Monday is how we start our weeks, how we move in the momentum to our achievements for the rest of our week.
